Descripción
Once the plugin is installed, you need to go to the integration section in the woocommerce settings and add the data delivered by blue express. Also,
create a rest api user, this must be in the advanced options and deliver it to Blue Express for the correct functioning of the module.

3.2.0 – 2026-04-28
- PUDO unified as a native WooCommerce shipping method (
bluex-pudo) — single source of truth across legacy and Blocks checkouts. - Legacy checkout: pickup-point selection now opens in a modal dialog. After picking a point, a “Cambiar punto Blue Express” button under the rate label lets the customer reopen the modal with the previous selection pre-loaded.
- Dynamic rate label: “Retiro en [agency_name]” once a point is selected (server-side, session-driven).
- Automatic zone migration on install/upgrade: when PUDO is enabled in the integration config, the plugin schedules a background Action Scheduler job that idempotently adds
bluex-pudoto every zone that already has another Blue Express method (ex/py/md). Batched, lock-protected, with exponential backoff and admin-side retry. - On toggle off on: dismissible admin notice listing zones missing PUDO (auto-insertion is intentionally NOT performed on reactivation, to respect deliberate removals).
- Integration panel “Zonas de Envío” exposes all four Blue Express methods (Express, Priority, SameDay, Retiro en Punto Blue Express) for bulk add.
- Backend rewrite:
bluex-pudois rewritten tobluex-exon order creation so fulfillment carries the correct method. - Scoped agencyId reads in the webservice to prevent label contamination across non-PUDO Blue Express rates.
- HPOS compatibility declared; legacy
update_post_metafallback removed in favor ofWC_DataAPI.
3.2.1 – 2026-05-28
- Fix: the pickup-point (PUDO) modal no longer auto-opens when the customer completes their address. “Envío a domicilio” (bluex-ex) is now WooCommerce’s default-selected rate; the pickup modal only opens when the customer explicitly selects the “Retiro en Punto Blue Express” rate.
- WordPress 7.0 compatibility verified. Minimum PHP bumped to 7.4.
- Improvements and fixes for Retiro en Punto Blue Express rates and delivery information.
3.2.2 – 2026-06-17
- Fix: the pickup-point (PUDO) modal no longer auto-opens when the customer completes their address. «Envío a domicilio» (bluex-ex) is now WooCommerce’s default-selected rate; the pickup modal only opens when the customer explicitly selects the «Retiro en Punto Blue Express» rate.
- WordPress 7.0 compatibility verified. Minimum PHP bumped to 7.4.
- Improvements and fixes for Retiro en Punto Blue Express rates and delivery information.
3.2.3 – 2026-07-29
- Add: the “Retiro en Punto Blue Express” (PUDO) shipping method now applies a default 19% IVA fee, added automatically to newly created shipping-zone instances (existing instances are left unchanged).
- Fix: the IVA/fee field is now integer-only with an automatic “%”, so a value like “19” is always applied as a percentage instead of a fixed amount.
3.3.0 – 2026-08-26
- Retiro en Punto Blue Express (bluex-pudo) is now enabled by default on fresh installs: the shipping method is pre-selected in the integration settings and included in the zones created by the setup wizard. Existing installations are left untouched, and an explicit opt-out is respected when creating zones.
- Nearby pickup points: the checkout resolves and displays the closest Punto Blue Express to the customer’s address, with its price visible by default, instead of requiring the customer to open the map first.
- A 19% IVA fee is applied to the Punto Blue Express rate, matching the other Blue Express methods. The backend quotes a net amount, so no double charge occurs. The fee field is an integer-only percentage, and the default is written only for newly created method instances, so existing ones keep their configured value.
- Pricing and checkout selection stability: the selected pickup point survives address changes and reloads, agency identifiers are validated before being applied to an order, and rate labels no longer flip back after a selection in both the Legacy and Blocks checkouts.
- Compatibility verified with WordPress 7.1 and WooCommerce 11.0.1.
3.3.1 – 2026-08-31
- Fix: restore the PUDO helper classes and scripts that were missing from the 3.3.0 package (WC_Bluex_Pudo_Nearby_Service, WC_Bluex_Pudo_Agency_Validator and the pudo-widget-security scripts). Their absence raised a fatal error on every shipping calculation, leaving the checkout unusable.
- The plugin now degrades instead of failing when those helpers are unavailable: the Punto Blue Express rate is simply not offered, and a pickup point is never accepted without server-side validation.
