Upload ‘move-post’ to the ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
Click on the Move Post
You can choose from and to category.
Click on “Submit” button.

I thought I’d give this plugin a try. I had to move posts between sites on a multi-site instillation. This is fabulous and saved me hours and hours!
